I work directly with nonprofits, schools, and youth-serving organizations — and occasionally beyond, when the fit is right. My work spans the full arc: from clarifying outcomes and designing surveys to interpreting data and building reporting structures that actually get used. And it usually starts before any data is collected — with your mission, your goals, and what success actually looks like for the people you serve.

My focus is on measurement systems that are useful and sustainable while still being credible and rigorous — designed to support better decisions, not just generate more data. Engagements range from a single consultation to more substantive projects, depending on where your organization is and what you need. I work with a small number of partners at a time.
