Thank you for choosing Evaluation Toolkits. We strive to provide high-quality practical tools for schools and programs. Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer a no-refund policy once a purchase is completed.

Digital Goods Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of Evaluation Toolkits, guides, and templates are final. Once you have gained access to the downloadable files, the purchase is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We encourage you to review all product descriptions carefully before orders.

Exceptions for Refunds
While sales are typically final, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances: 1. Duplicate Purchase: If you mistakenly purchased the same item twice; 2. Technical Defect: If the file is corrupted and we cannot provide a fix; 3. Non-Download Status: If the files have not yet been accessed or downloaded.

How to Request Assistance
If you encounter an issue, please email rebecca@evaluationtoolkits.com within 14 days of your purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
