Thank you for purchasing from Evaluation Toolkits. We create practical digital tools designed to help schools, youth programs, and nonprofits improve their evaluation efforts.

Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Digital Product Policy

All Materials (including guides, templates, and toolkits) are delivered electronically.

Once access is provided, purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Limited Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

You accidentally purchased the same product more than once
You experience a verified technical issue that prevents access to the files and we are unable to resolve it
You were charged but did not receive access to your purchased product

Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion based on the circumstances of each request.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
