The survey measures teacher experience across six dimensions: Usability & Reliability, Instructional Alignment, Training & Support, Feasibility & Time, Teacher Confidence, and Student Engagement & Impact. But it doesn't treat all six dimensions equally — and neither should you. The administration guide explains the difference between Actionable Drivers (things you can fix now) and Informational Drivers (outcomes that improve when you fix the foundations first), so you know exactly where to put your energy and in what order.

Grounded in the TPACK framework (Mishra & Koehler), ISTE Standards for Educators, and the most validated empirical research on technology integration barriers (Ertmer). Designed for administration 4–8 weeks after a major rollout milestone — early enough to catch barriers while they can still be addressed, late enough that teachers have real classroom experience to report on.
